Resource Management Planner Role

Tararua Land Surveyors is a small-sized consultancy firm with it’s head office in Upper Hutt (Wellington) and a second office in Levin.  We are seeking a Resource Management Planner, of any age, to join our team either in the Upper Hutt or Levin Office.   

What do we do?

We are working on a range of exciting land developments including rural, rural/residential, urban infill and multi-lot subdivisions around the Wellington, Horowhenua and Wairarapa Regions.  Our work covers the full range of land development, from resource management planning to project management, cadastral to civil design and engineering.

What work will you do?

You will be involved in preparing resource management applications for the many interesting land and building development projects, offering planning advice to our clients.  You will have the opportunity to manage your own projects.  

What are we looking for?

A person with a keen attitude to learn and with excellent attention to detail.  You will have New Zealand experience, and be member or graduate member of the NZ Planning Institute.  You must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.  Age is no limitation.  Can be part-time or full time.
